1. Quoter and these terms
Rampage Labs operates Quoter, helping detailers manage vehicle-specific quotes and appointments. Customers can discover detailers, request quotes, reserve times, and view appointment and deposit status. By creating an account or submitting a quote or appointment request, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains information practices; our SMS Terms explain optional appointment texts.
Quoter provides the software. The selected detailer provides the detailing service. A listing does not mean Rampage Labs has inspected, licensed, insured, or endorsed that business. We do not promise a particular number of jobs, revenue, service quality, or availability.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 to create a service account or enter into a service transaction through Quoter. Business representatives must have authority to act and manage submitted information. Provide accurate details and access only authorized accounts and records.
Customer profiles and detailer workspaces use Quoter email-and-password sign-in powered by Supabase. Confirm your email before accessing a signed-in account. Customers can also use public booking links without an account. Protect your password, verification codes, and private appointment links, and report unauthorized access through /support. We may restrict access to address abuse, security risks, or violations of these terms.
Recovering records from an earlier Sites/ChatGPT account requires an explicit recovery step with proof of access to both that earlier account and your Quoter account. Matching or editing an email address alone does not transfer an account. Quoter does not silently merge separately established accounts.
Optional customer profiles hold contact defaults, saved vehicles, and private saved-job references. New signed-in jobs are linked to the verified sign-in identity. Earlier jobs require an explicit private-link claim checked against the verified sign-in email; changing a profile email does not grant access. Profile edits supply future defaults and do not rewrite existing job contacts or text consent.
3. Quotes and estimates
Detailers control their prices, services, availability, deposit requirements, taxes, discounts, and working-time estimates. Starter prices and timing estimates are editable workflow suggestions, not verified market averages. Vehicle catalogs can be incomplete, and customer-entered trim, material, condition, or other details may need review.
Read the itemized quote and give the detailer accurate information about the vehicle and requested work. A quote may expire or require inspection. A detailer should explain any proposed change in scope or price and obtain your agreement before charging for additional work. Quoter does not guarantee that an estimate reflects every condition found during the service.
4. Requests, approval, and confirmation
Submitting a customer request or reserving a time does not by itself confirm the appointment. A request can await the detailer's approval, an inspection or scope review, or a required deposit. Confirmation depends on the saved approval and scope requirements and verification of the required payment, unless the detailer waives the deposit.
Check the appointment status page. A checkout return screen or payment attempt alone does not prove payment or confirmation. Scheduling uses the recorded duration and buffer. Contact the detailer about timing, vehicle access, location, and preparation.
5. Deposits and payment services
Where enabled, deposits use Stripe-hosted checkout and the detailer's connected account. Stripe handles the payment and account setup; Rampage Labs does not collect full card or bank credentials in Quoter's forms. Payment methods, account readiness, processing fees, and payout timing depend on the payment provider and the detailer's account.
Owner-entered records of payments received outside Quoter differ from processor-verified payments. Labeled test payments are not real money. Avoid unfamiliar payment links and never submit payment credentials in notes or support requests.
Detailers manage their connected account through Stripe's full Dashboard. Pausing Quoter's online deposits preserves the processor account and payment history; it does not disconnect or delete the Stripe account, refund payments, or change payouts.
6. Cancellations, refunds, and disputes
Review the detailer's disclosed cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund conditions before agreeing or paying. Contact the detailer about changes or refunds. Quoter imposes no universal nonrefundable-deposit rule. Agreed conditions remain subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements.
Deleting a Quoter quote or appointment removes app records; it does not refund a charge, erase the processor's records, or recall a message already sent. Rampage Labs can review platform problems through /support, but cannot promise to resolve a service dispute or override a payment provider's decision.
7. Responsibilities of detailers
Detailers are responsible for lawful services, truthful profiles, accurate availability and prices, required licenses and insurance, taxes, and proper handling of customer information. Use contacts only for authorized purposes. Obtain and retain specific permission for texts; a phone number alone is not consent.
Review quotes and appointment requests before approving them. Keep your cancellation conditions clear and your business contact information current. Quoter's administrative controls do not replace your responsibility to maintain records you are legally required to retain.
8. Appointment communications
Quoter may send operational emails about a submitted or approved appointment. Text updates are optional and require separate consent for the Quoter appointment program. Choosing not to receive texts does not prevent requesting a quote, booking, or purchasing a service. See the SMS Terms for frequency, charges, opt-out instructions, and help.
Messages can be delayed, blocked, or unavailable. Provider acceptance does not prove delivery. Keep contacts accurate and check your status page. Manual text/email composers open a messaging app; opening it does not prove sending.
9. Early access and future memberships
Quoter currently provides early access without connected subscription billing. A displayed membership concept is not authorization to charge you. If paid memberships are introduced, the price, billing interval, included features, renewal and cancellation conditions, and any trial conversion will be disclosed before you authorize billing.
Features and availability may change. Continued use alone does not authorize undisclosed subscription charges. Future paid plans require enrollment under disclosed billing conditions and applicable legal rights.
10. Acceptable use and submitted information
Do not use Quoter for fraud, harassment, spam, unlawful services, unauthorized access, or interference with another person's appointments or records. Do not submit information you lack permission to use, impersonate a business, scrape private customer records, or attempt to bypass account or payment protections.
You retain your rights in information you submit. You permit Rampage Labs and its necessary service providers to process it to operate Quoter, share it with the detailer or customer involved in the transaction, and fulfill your requested functions. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated marketing.
11. Availability and your legal rights
We use reasonable efforts to operate Quoter, but software, external catalogs, networks, and service providers can fail. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, complete catalog coverage, error-free estimates, or successful message delivery.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law governs responsibility for each claim.
12. Changes and contact
We post updates with an effective date and communicate material changes appropriately. Updates do not retroactively authorize new information uses or change existing payment agreements without legally required notice or consent.
Contact Rampage Labs through /support about Quoter, these terms, accessibility, or a suspected problem. The form records your request for manual review; submitting it does not automatically cancel an appointment, delete records, issue a refund, or send an email. Contact your selected detailer directly for immediate service arrangements.
