Optional Quoter appointment and deposit text updates. Effective October 4, 2026.

Effective October 4, 2026 · Version 2026-10-04.1

Quoter appointment updates

Rampage Labs provides the Quoter appointment text program. By affirmatively checking the separate text-update box, you agree to receive automated informational texts at the number you supply about your Quoter appointment, including detailer approval, deposit next steps, and appointment confirmation. Messages may identify your selected detailer. This consent does not cover marketing or unrelated messaging programs.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of creating an account, requesting a quote, booking, or purchasing a service. Giving us a phone number without choosing text updates does not enroll you. Choose text updates yourself on your customer booking or private appointment page. Quoter records your choice and the disclosure automatically; your detailer does not need to complete a consent-notes form.

Frequency, charges, and delivery

Message frequency varies with your appointments and their status. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Ask your carrier about charges. Delivery depends on provider setup, network availability, and your device. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Check your appointment page for authoritative booking and payment status.

Stop texts or get help

Reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe from texts from that number across the detailers using it. Twilio or the carrier handles standard opt-out responses for toll-free messages. You can also select Turn off text updates on your private appointment page to withdraw the consent associated with that quote and its appointments. Reply HELP for the provider's help response, or use /support for assistance from Rampage Labs. A carrier block may prevent a HELP response until you resubscribe. Support requests are reviewed manually.

START or UNSTOP can remove a prior carrier or transport block. They do not enroll you into a new appointment or restore consent withdrawn on your appointment page. After a sender-wide STOP, choose text updates again through a fresh voluntary consent form before Quoter sends further appointment updates. YES does not undo a toll-free carrier block.

Opting out of SMS does not cancel an appointment, refund a payment, or stop necessary service emails. A message already in progress may still arrive. If your phone number changes or is reassigned, update the relevant contact details and stop messages to the old number. Keep private appointment links secure.
